Questions

Good to know.

What counts as a project?

A project is one thing you are deciding on: a house, a wedding, a brand, a trip. Inside it you can have as many sections, saves, and votes as you like. Free includes 1 project.

Do collaborators need to pay?

No. Collaborators are free and unlimited on every plan. Invite your partner, your builder, your whole family. Only the person who owns the project needs Pro.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings · Billing whenever you like. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then you move to Free.

What happens to my projects if I downgrade?

They stay, exactly as they are. You can still open, edit, vote on, and share them. You just can't create new projects beyond the Free limit, or export decision books as PDF, until you upgrade again.
